REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Ezlarcare Pvt. Ltd., we value your trust and strive to provide transparent and fair payment practices for all services offered through the Ezlar App and Website.

Cancellations
- Cancellations of booked therapy sessions or school services must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Program subscriptions or school enrollments are generally non-cancellable once the service has commenced, except in cases of genuine error or system malfunction.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be initiated under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment or transaction error
- Session cancellation initiated by Ezlarcare Pvt. Ltd.
- Technical failure preventing service delivery
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after service access
- Missed or unattended sessions
- Partial use of programs or packages

Refund Process
If eligible, users may email a refund request to hello@ezlar.life with payment details and proof of transaction.
Once reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary based on the user’s bank or payment provider.
4.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain educational subscriptions, digital learning tools, and one-time registration fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

For disputes or chargebacks, please contact our support team at hello@ezlar.life before approaching your bank or payment provider.

Policy Updates
Ezlarcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary. All changes will be reflected with an updated “Effective Date.
